Santorini stole my heart!

I think I fell in love with Santorini about a year ago? Right before it became this popular. It was just another beautiful island, placed on my bucket list. When we decided to go to Greece we found out we could visit Santorini from Iraklion (Crete). We booked the one day excursion via our hotel. It wasn't cheap, but everything was settled, from bus to english speaking guide. We left 6:30 in the morning by bus, then you take the "fast" boat to Santorini from Iraklion, it takes 2.5 hours to bring you to Santorini. We arrived around 11:00 am. The boat arrives at the bottom of the island and then you go all the way up by bus. Our first stop was the beautiful Oia.

Our next stop was the capital city Fira. But first we needed to eat - we ordered the best pizza ever at El Grecco - before we went to explore the city.

Back to crete. We were so sad we had to leave this beautiful place.

There are so many small streets to explore, it's a small island, but one day isn't enough, u will never get enough of this view. Definitly going back another time! We had the best day. Santorini you're gorgeous, see you again real soon!
